Shipping Policy

 

We place 1 big order at the beginning of every month, where we combine all our clients orders into 1 big shipment from overseas. This takes +/- 20 days to arrive in South Africa.

 

Processing and Shipping Times

 

  • Bulk Shipment usually arrives in South Africa after +/- 20 days. We inspect each item and then send it to each customer.

 

  • Delivery to customers takes 2–4 working days via our local courier partners.

 

Delivery Partners

 

  • We use The Courier Guy for door-to-door delivery.

 

  • Alternatively, we offer delivery to your nearest PostNet or PEP Store for easy collection.

 

Recommended Ordering Period

 

To minimize your waiting time, we recommend placing orders between the 25th and 1st of each month, so your item can be allocated from our upcoming shipment.

 

 

Tracking and Updates

 

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

 

Important Notes:

 

  • All items listed on our website are procured and quality-checked by our team before shipping to clients.

 

  • We do not use third-party fulfillment services and all items pass through our local quality assurance process before delivery.

 

  • This ensures a consistent, safe, and trusted shopping experience.
